Wyoming is a huge, rural state full of the hardest working folks in America. I’m so thankful for the extraordinary aviation team at who allow us to serve the entire state of Wyoming 365 days a year, regardless of weather, regardless of road closures. Our pilots and ground crew allow my partners and I to travel to our patients in their communities across the state and deliver the highest quality. fellowship trained, subspecialty care to the most rural state in the nation.

Before most of us are awake, Premier Bone and Joint Centers is already on the move.

Their Beechcraft King Air — one of the most trusted and durable turboprops ever built — caught this incredible Wyoming sunrise on our ramp this morning. These aircraft are known for their reliability, short-runway performance, and ability to handle the high-altitude airports we have throughout the region.

We’re always proud to see the Premier Bone & Joint Centers team out here as they travel to care for patients across the state.

The best part of my job is serving the people of Wyoming. We are a huge, rugged, rural state with limited access to subspecialty care. The avaiation program we’ve built at Premier Bone and Joint Centers allows us to as fellowship trained subspecialists to deliver cutting edge care to every corner of the state. Rain or shine, summer or winter, roads closed or open, we can always come to our patients so they don’t have to travel as far for the care they need.
