Hello sweet Infinite Balance community and friends. Just wanted to reach out and let you know, that despite being quiet on social media, we have been thinking of and missing you. We hope you all are honoring your feelings, allowing them to be felt and taking time to take care of yourselves – even though that is easier said than done. We don’t have plans to take our aerial classes online. If you are fortunate enough to have a set up at home, we hope you are being safe. We believe as fun as aerial yoga is, we need to keep in mind that we are doing upside down exercises, and falling out of the fabric, even from not very high up, can cause serious, head/neck injuries. So, please remember the most important rule, do not train alone. And please reach out if you are looking for some reputable online aerial classes/instructors – we would be happy to recommend some that we have found.

And special shout out to Jessie’s really awesome kids(and parents). She knows that these adjustments to our schedules are tough, and she misses having the privilege of interacting with and teaching them.

Hey all, we've been delaying posting this as long as we could but unfortunately we all know where this is going. It's with a very heavy heart that we must close the studio until further notice. Everyone at the Infinite Balance family hopes all of our amazing students and community stay safe and most importantly healthy. These are scary, uncertain times but we believe we will make it through. We can't wait to see you all at the studio soon.

Hello flying friends! We've decided to cancel aerial classes this week due to COVID19 concerns. We have been taking measures to disinfect/deep clean the studio so that we have a safe space to return to. It's a big bummer to have to do this but we feel like best and right decision for now.
