We had a great time connecting with our community today during the How to Fall Class at the Leap Ninja Warrior Gym. This class can be a game changer for those that take it. Muscle memory helps you fall in a more safe manner when practiced ahead of time. We do this class annually and offer it free to the public. Thank you to all of the participants that came today!
