Providing high-quality integrated healthcare to uninsured individuals experiencing poverty (

Downtown Clinic provides Primary and Specialty Healthcare Services for Albany County Residents who have no health insurance and live under poverty level. At the DTC we believe:
- that everyone in our community is valuable.
- that all deserve high-quality healthcare.
- that strong, vibrant communities are composed of healthy individuals and families. All new and re-establishing clients must complete an eligibility appointment with staff from the DTC to provide patient information, medical and social history, and financial disclosure.
*Eligibility*
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be a resident of Albany County
- (Laramie, Rock River, Centennial)
- Must have no health insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare
- Annual household income for a family must be below the federal poverty level of 200%
(approximately $2265/month per person in the household)
- Must NOT be a full-time University of Wyoming student (UW has it’s own medical services)
(LCCC students are eligible)

A heartfelt thank you to Sow Right Seeds for your generous donation of herb, vegetable, and flower seeds to support the Downtown Clinic's garden! At the DTC, we believe in healthcare that includes access to fresh air and fresh produce!

Last year, our garden flourished, yielding over 100 lbs of fresh produce for our clients, while also serving as a welcoming space for meetings and appointments. With these new seeds, we’re excited to cultivate a vibrant garden that will enhance our community's well-being.
