Starting April 28, 2026, Spine & Injury Clinic of Laramie will no longer be in-network with UnitedHealthcare / Optum plans.

This decision was made to reduce administrative barriers and continue providing the highest quality care and experience for our patients.

What this means for you:
• You can still receive care with us as an out-of-network patient (depending on your benefits)
• Some plans may offer out-of-network coverage or continuity-of-care options
• You may also contact your insurance provider to explore in-network alternatives

We recommend reaching out to your insurance company to better understand your coverage. Our team is always here to help answer general questions and provide support.

A proud University of Wyoming alum, Dr. Wilson recently earned her doctorate from South College – Knoxville and is excited to be back in Laramie full-time. 💛

She specializes in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, with a special passion for pediatric care—from infants to adolescents. Dr. Wilson is also certified in functional dry needling through Evidence In Motion.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her skiing, hiking, traveling, or cheering on her favorite teams with friends and family! ⛷️🏔️
