When we treat food as medicine, we’re not following rules—we’re tuning in. We’re choosing to nourish, not deprive. To listen instead of override. 💚

Ask yourself:

🌿What is my body asking for today?
🌿 What’s one small way I can nourish it?

Here are a few gentle starting points:
🥗 Eat what’s in season – your body is in rhythm with nature.
🥄 Try a little portion awareness – slow down, savor, pause.
🌿 Add in probiotic-rich foods like kimchi, miso, or tempeh.
🍋 Begin your morning with warm water + lemon or mint to support digestion.
🥣 Eat one meal this week without distraction – just you and your food.

Small choices add up. One shift at a time.
