Try This: Doorway Pec Stretch
This simple stretch helps open tight chest muscles that often contribute to shoulder discomfort.
How to do it:

Stand in a doorway with your arm at a 90° angle

Place your forearm on the frame

Gently lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest

Hold 20–30 seconds

Repeat 3–4 times
Consistent stretching = happier shoulders!
