ACHES AND PAINS FORECAST... The aches and pains forecast this week has a couple of noticeable swings, and you can see it pretty clearly in the pressure pattern.
We start off in decent shape Friday, but by Saturday evening into Sunday, pressure drops pretty quickly. That’s the first window where some of you may notice increased joint pain, headaches or general discomfort.
From there, things improve quite a bit. Monday actually looks like the best day of the stretch as pressure rebounds and stabilizes. If you’ve been waiting for a “feel good” day, that’s probably your best bet.
After that, we gradually trend back downward through Tuesday and Wednesday. Then comes another sharper drop late Wednesday into early Thursday, which could bring another round of increased aches and pains.
Here’s how it breaks down a little more specifically:
• Arthritis/general aches and pains: biggest impact late Saturday into Sunday, then again late Wednesday into Thursday
• Sinus pressure: elevated this weekend, easing Monday, then building again mid to late week
• Migraines: lower risk early week, increasing again with that late week pressure drop
Temperatures will be warming into the 50s and even 60s at times, but we’ll also be tracking a system late in the week that could bring rain and even a few storms, which lines up with that second dip in pressure.
Again, this is not medical advice, just a weather-based awareness forecast based on pressure trends, so your experience may vary.
