Rapid Testing Services is not a public entity, and our tests get processed at national commercial labs that charge us for this service. Our COVID-19 testing fee covers evaluation and screening costs, test collection, required supplies, staff expenses, and reference lab testing fees. Please note we do not accept major medical insurance for COVID testing and we do not file insurance claims on your behalf. Payment for this service is paid directly to Rapid Testing Services. It is your responsibility to address the cost of the COVID testing with your insurance company. You are selecting the option for voluntary COVID testing by purchasing a COVID-19 test from Rapid Testing Services for any reason regardless of medical necessity, including personal travel, participation in recreational activities, or other similar reasons. By choosing to purchase COVID-19 testing using this self-pay option, you are agreeing to be solely responsible for the cost of the testing and reimbursement will or will not be available through your health insurance or other programs. By using this service, you agree that:
(1) Rapid Testing Services and it's affiliates is not financially responsible for any costs you may incur with respect to any delay in receiving test results or not receiving a test result;
(2) you are responsible for checking the requirements of your travel destination to ensure that you are tested at the right time and receive the correct type of test;
(3) failure to confirm the timing and type of test may result in the need to self-quarantine at your destination. Lab turnaround times cannot be guaranteed and high demand at the labs can lead to delays.
