1. Marketplace form 1095 A
2. PIN (this is a number the IRS sends to individuals who have experienced identity theft)
3. Form 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement
4. Change of address
5. Bank account number (we must ensure this is accurate)
6. 1098-T, Tuition Statement (available on your college or university profile).

It is crucial to wait until you have received all W2 forms before proceeding.
