☐ drink some water 💧
☐ eat something nourishing 🥪
☐ rest when my body asks 💤

☐ check in with my feelings 🧠
☐ remind myself it’s okay to feel this way 💛
☐ write it out (journal / notes app) ✍️

☐ take 3–5 slow, deep breaths 🌬️
☐ ground myself (notice what’s around me) 🌿
