Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people? We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to be the welcoming face of our team!

💙 What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist clients in-store
• Verify insurance coverage
• Help process documents for medical equipment (hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen, walkers & more)
• Submit authorizations
• Scan, file, and keep everything running smoothly

🕘 Schedule:
Monday – Friday (no weekends 🙌)

✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has great customer service skills
• Is detail-oriented and organized
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable working with paperwork and insurance processes
