The Webb County Water Utilities water dispenser truck is in the city. It’s located in the entrance of Rios and Espejo Molina. A 2nd truck will be located at the El Cenizo Community Center as well.

Haynes Recreation Center at 2102 Cross Crossing Drive will open as a Warming Center:
📅 Tuesday, January 21 & Wednesday, January 22
⏰ 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Hours and locations may adjust as weather conditions evolve. This center complements existing shelters, which are increasing capacity to meet demand.
