Prop 1: Long-term Funding for Texas State Technical College
This will commit $850 million of budgeted funds (not a new tax) to build, repair and expand training facilities so Texas can train the electricians, mechanics, welders, medical technicians and other skilled workers our economy needs.

Prop 4: Providing Water for Texas
With an estimated $154 billion in water infrastructure needs by 2070, this amendment would dedicate $1 billion each year (only if there’s surplus sales-tax revenue) to finance water and wastewater projects. Safeguards against groundwater export and taking land for reservoirs would be in place.

Proposition 5: Tax Exemption for Livestock Feed
When livestock feed is taxed as property, those costs get passed on to ranchers and livestock owners. This amendment would exempt livestock feed from property tax, helping protect Texas agriculture and food production.
