Have you ever asked yourself, what happens if your cup spills?

If your cup has coffee and it spills, what spills? Coffee
If your cup has water and it spills, what spills? Water
Everything that spills from our cups will be exactly what it contains.
Similarly, everything we hold within ourselves is going to be either peace or bitterness. What do you spill over when you endure hardship?
You have a choice to either spill over that bitterness inside or you can spill over positivity and gratitude.
Today I ask you to search within and reflect. What does your cup carry? How do you react when life's hardships are too much to handle?
Let us work together to seek peace and pursue it!

De que esta llena tu taza?
Si tu taza tiene café que se derrama? café...
Si tu taza tiene agua que se derrama? agua...
Igual todo lo que tengas en la taza, ya sea café o agua, es lo que se va a derramar.
Si hoy tienes paz, derramas paz. Pero si tienes amargura, derramarás resentimiento y odio.
Igual ay que trabajar para llenar nuestras tazas de cosas positivas como amor, paz, y gratitud para cuando la vida se ponga difícil podramos derramar alegria y esperanza.
Asi que la pregunta de hoy es ¿qué voy a derramar?
