We had the opportunity to visit several high schools to spread the word about our organization. A huge thank you to Nixon, Cigarroa, Martin, and Hector J. García Early College High Schools for welcoming us and opening your doors to Future Healers.

Calling All Future Healers! 🩺

Applications for the 2026–2027 Future Healers of Laredo cohort are now OPEN!
This opportunity is available to high school UISD/LISD juniors and college juniors interested in exploring careers in the medical and healthcare field. 🏥

Through our program, you’ll gain insight and mentorship from professionals at Laredo Medical Center, and a wide range of healthcare experts including MD/DOs, PAs, PTs, Dentists, Veterinarians, Optometrists, and more! 👩🏽‍⚕️👨🏼‍⚕️

You’ll also receive support from college undergraduates and graduate professionals with college applications, scholarships, and career prep!

Note: All applications must be filled out with personal emails.
