This morning, the Area Health Education Center (AHEC) Team was honored to participate in Memorial Middle School’s Annual Career Day!

Our team had the opportunity to inform students about the exciting programs available to them, including the AHEC Junior Academy and the AHEC Student Leadership Program (Club). These initiatives empower students to apply their skills and knowledge in real-life situations through youth-led projects, service-learning, and activities that foster a strong sense of caring for others.

This morning, Mr. Randy Villanueva recognized Dr. Julie Bazan and the AHEC Team for their dedicated support of the “Trail of Hope 5K: Remembering 17, Supporting the Many,” held on Saturday, September 27th.

The AHEC Team continues to be a strong advocate for improving the quality of life for veterans and their families, while raising vital awareness about the resources available to all military service members—past and present. 🇺🇸
