Medicare Advantage Plans for 2026 cannot be discussed until October 1; however, I can tell you that this year is the year of the shopper. Plans are being added, discontinued, changed, etc. Please call your agent to discuss your 2026 plan and as always....Please call Bobby and I if you do not have an agent. We service individuals year-round with a local office with four licensed agents. We offer UHC, Prominence, Aetna, Humana, Wellcare and Healthsprings, Ambetter, Molina, BCBS and Final Expense for your families needs.

AVOID GETTING A PENALTY

Many times a person will not enroll in a prescription drug plan because they do not take any medications - they ask themselves "why would I need a drug plan when I don't need it?" The answer is easy! If you DO NOT enroll in a credible prescription drug coverage when you get Medicare you will be charged a penalty of 1% of the national base beneficiary premium multiplied by the number of uncovered months. The penalty will stay with you until you pass or remove yourself from complete coverage. This penalty ends up being around $3.00 a month and can be difficult if you have gone years without coverage.
