My first long ride of the year. 62 miles!(metric century) It was a adventure, I had to really push myself, 4 hours on the saddle. But I did it and I'm very proud of myself!

I might be down for the moment, but I'll be back....
Cycling.
It's more than a hobby for me. It's a lifestyle. I wake up and want to ride. On the way to the hospital, while in the ambulance; all i was thinking about was the time frame it would take to heal, so I could ride again.
When I was at one of my all-time life lows( diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, & high cholesterol; cycling guided me to health and happiness. With a balanced diet and cycling i was made whole again.
So this crash is a hard pill to swallow, but I'll be back again.
