Therapy Thursday mid-day stretching sesh. Stretching everyday helps strengthen and tone muscles and ligaments, as well as prevents injury, decreases neck, back, and joint pain, and increases range of motion and mobility.
This seated leg stretch helps relieve tension in the hamstrings and low back. Great for people who sit or stand for long period of time.
