One of the best ways to correct spinal compression is through the Ergo-Flex Decompression Machine we have in the modality room near the entrance to the office. With a controlled and consistent force, this device gently pulls on the spine, restoring the proper spacing between the vertebrae. It may take a number of sessions to achieve a lasting effect, but in many cases it only takes a few sessions to achieve a noticeable reduction of compression and improvement in any associated symptoms.

We are extremely grateful that our friend and colleague, Dr. Theo Berlingeri, has offered to help with patient care for Dr. Chris in his recent leave of absence, as well Dr. Ngo while she is on maternity leave.

Dr. Theo will be available on Tuesdays from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM, and selected Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Sign up starts today!

Patients who would like to participate will get a discounted decompression package for ONLY $300 and must be able to commit to one session a week for 12 weeks using the Back-on-Trac.

Sign up and schedule between January 19th through January 30th to get your complimentary lumbar pre x-ray.

Challenge starts the week of February 2nd and runs through April 24th. At that time, we will do a complimentary lumbar post x-ray, and once we have results we will announce a winner!
