Reflexology is the gentle manipulation of reflexes in feet to clear the body's energy flow so that the body's organs can function effectively - a feeling of well being through restoration of harmony, vitality and balance throughout the body systems. It is form of natural healing which has been practiced for centuries. We believe the entire body is mirrored on the feet through a system of reflex points. Using only fingers and thumbs, I will make small movements applying alternating pressure along with thumb and finger walking on various pressure points. Reflexology promotes relaxation and encourages your body and mind to unwind the accumulated stressors and restore optimal function. Please understand that certain medical conditions require written approval from your physician. I do not diagnose, prescribe or treat, I am not a substitute for a medical profession.
