Wellness tip: Wear shoes with support while doing yard work and house work. Many people wear old shoes which are worn out and don’t offer proper support. Same thing with house slippers. They don't usually offer much arch support to your feet. Wear your slippers to keep your feet warm when you're sitting around. But if you are ON your feet, it's important to wear good, supportive shoes.

Chiropractic Health Tip: Bend backwards for a stretching, instead of forward. Since we are frequently in a bent forward position while cleaning, doing dishes, emptying the dishwasher, pulling weeds, and sitting, it is helpful to bend backwards.
