The sunflowers are taller than I am now! 🌻🌿

My cucumbers are infested with spider mites and aphids, my pumpkin vine is slowly dying, my tomato plants are looking sad, but at least the sunflowers are doing great! 😂🎃🌱 Florida is a tough beast to grow vegetables in.

It’s been a tough year for my home garden. The squirrels discovered my yard and tear up my beds, the ants infest the flowers and kill them, and the mice dig up the seeds. 😭 I’m not going to stop trying though!

Grateful to have these tiny pineapples and the herbs are all going strong! 🍍🌿🌱

Being apart of a woman’s fertility journey can be a bumpy road. The elation when a woman becomes pregnant the desolation that occurs following a failed conception cycle. 💔There are big wins though, and recently I had the honor of seeing pictures of a beautiful baby girl that I helped bring into the world.

This cicada necklace is a gift from the mama saying thanks to me for helping her bring her little bug into the world. 🐛

Not every day has a win, but I will keep hope for my patients. 🌱✨🌈

Evenstar Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine was born from a desire to help others. From personal experiences, research, and education; our path led to the traditional practice known as Chinese Medicine.

Over time, we’ve learned and applied techniques to decrease chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and more. It’s our desire to share those techniques with our patients.
