Stretch smarter with these 6 yoga poses! Each move helps open tight muscles, improve flexibility, and reset your body. Flow through each pose slowly, hold for 20–30 seconds, and breathe deeply.

How to do it:

1. Downward Facing Dog – Press hands into the mat, lift hips high, and lengthen your spine.

2. Quad Stretch – From a low lunge, bend the back leg and gently pull the foot toward your glutes.

3. Pigeon Pose – Slide one knee forward, extend the other leg back, and lower your hips toward the floor.

4. Runner’s Lunge – Step one foot forward, bend deeply into the front knee, and keep the back leg long.

5. Easy Twist – From lunge, rotate your torso and lift your top arm toward the ceiling.

6. Lizard Twist – Drop into a deep lunge, twist your torso, and open your chest while keeping hips low.
