There are populations around the world who maintain healthy, low blood pressure throughout their lives — largely because they eat a predominantly whole-food, plant-based diet. 🥬
So when someone says, “It’s just your age,” pause. Rising blood pressure is often a sign the body is out of balance — not just another birthday.

I’m 55, and this is my blood pressure. I’m not bragging… okay, maybe a little 😉 But I work at my health daily. I eat a low-fat, whole-food plant-based diet and drink fresh-pressed juice every day. Not perfect — just consistent.
