I would like to personally thank everyone who came out today and did some shopping, picked up scripts and even had some soup and desserts. I would also like to thank each of our employees who helped out in their own way. Our sweet mom and pop shop that everyone loves so much, works so well, because of you. Last but not least, I would like to thank my better half Bo for doing all the baking and cooking. And, who also pulled off my dad, your pharmacist and our boss being honored in person by our representative, Joe Orgeron and the state of Louisiana, for his ULM Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award. It was a great day for Pitre’s and a great day for our community.

I would like everyone to know and to congratulate Blake (aka dad) on receiving the most prestigious award this weekend the ULM ALUMNI LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD. He received the award this weekend at the ULM Homecoming celebrations. There was a celebratory brunch and he was recognized on the field. We are proud to call him dad, papa, boss and the best community pharmacist in the state.
