I use frozen veggies because they will be steam cooked when microwaved for 3-4 minutes.
Spices used Mesquite spice, Sea salt, pink Himalayan Sea salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion powder, & Soy Oil.
Try my personal weekly meal plan or choose the weekly plan you can stick too & send me what week flavor you would like.
I'll be taking orders Sunday thru Tuesday
I'll start cooking on Thursdays, Meal Delivery On each Friday all day.

Dinner: Sauteed Chicken bites, wheat Noodles, Asparagus.

Dinner:Grilled Chicken, Avocado, Lemon Cottage Cheese.
Week 4:
