START WHERE YOU ARE ✨ Join Maria, on and off the mat in exploring MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS. Maria has been teaching yoga and mindfulness in Las Cruces, NM and surrounding areas since 2018.
She began her teaching in offering kids yoga and mindfulness to children 3-16 year old in public schools, yoga studios, daycares and summer camps. She is certified Kids Yoga Teacher through Little Flower Yoga Program. Her teaching expanded to adults and seniors after receiving her 200hr Teacher Training from local studio Downtown Desert Yoga 🧡
Maria has taught private sessions, studio classes, public events and popup classes supporting local businesses and causes. Her teaching is rooted in raising body awareness, exploratory movement, developing intuition and sense of self, as well as mindful living and reflection 😌
