Our electronic health record (EHR) system is currently unavailable. As a result, if you are scheduled for a telehealth appointment with me today, the appointment will not automatically appear as usual.

Please call the clinic at your regularly scheduled telehealth appointment time, and we will coordinate your visit through Google Meet instead. At this time, I am only able to see appointment time slots and do not have access to patient names.

I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work around this issue.
