We believe balance is attained by treating the behavioral, physical, and nutritional health of our clients. We believe addressing the connection of mind-body-spirit, otherwise known as holistic treatment, is the best way to ach

ieve ultimate balance. The focal point of Casa De Mi Alma is to offer services that encourage emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Those receiving counseling services will have individualized treatment plans that best meets their needs.

With a background in Counseling and Community Psychology, she works primarily with children and families by helping them build confidence, resilience, and the tools to thrive. 💚

Her bright, welcoming office features a cozy couch, sunny yellow walls, and a desk full of paints and activities for her youngest clients. Even her name tag was lovingly made by the kids she works with, a reminder of the trust and connection she builds every day. 🎨😊

Claudia is a therapist with over a decade of experience in community mental health. Known for her love of family and her results-driven approach, she tailors each session to her clients’ needs — drawing from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and more. 💚

Her office is a calm and intentional space, you might even spot her whiteboard, often used in sessions and now filled with affirmations. Let them be a reminder that you belong here! 🖊😊

Meet Julia, one of our therapists and a proud local. Julia takes a person-centered approach, blending EMDR, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to support healing and resilience. She’s especially passionate about working with youth, new mothers, and the LGBTQIA and neurodivergent communities.

Her cozy office reflects her warmth; complete with her favorite reading spot and her unofficial co-therapist, Luna the weighted elephant. 🐘💚
