For the last month I’ve been making this immunity booster tea the first thing I drink. One cup hot water, one clove of garlic sliced thinly, added with a piece of sliced fresh ginger root and lemon. Not only have I weaned myself to one cup of coffee, my stomach bloat is completely gone and my skin looks so much better. I’m glad I went back to an old school recipe my medicine woman mama taught me.

Cold and flu season is upon us…boost your immune system and stay healthy with potent natural medicine. This is delicious stirred into a cup of hot water before bed, in a glass of cool water upon rising or just a big spoonful each day.

I make this in my mini blender and keep it in a glass jar in my refrigerator. Easy recipe: peel and chop 4 small lemons or two large, 10 cloves of chopped raw garlic, a k**b of fresh ginger peeled and chopped and about 1/4 cup manuka honey (or local honey). Blend and store in refrigerator for up to a month. It gets more potent the longer it lasts and tastes smoother each day 😊.

If you find yourself already sick 🤧 try to drink 3-4 cups of hot water with a large teaspoon of this natural antibiotic stirred in.
