Our office on 350 El Molino is no longer accepting walk in patients, please contact us at 505.503.8962 or 575.288.1656 to schedule your renewal or new patient appointment via our secure telemedicine platform. All medical cannabis applications will only be offered virtually or telemedicine starting June 29, 2021. Our Albuqueruqe location will serve as our headquarters and will provide all patient/ provider support for all services effective immediately.

Telemedicine requirements:
-Patient must have valid email
-Smartphone or computer with visual and audio
-Set up state patient portal prior to appt.
-for New only excluding PTSD evaluations- records must be requested or submitted prior to telemedicine appt. no exceptions.

Effective June 16, 2021 AIM’s Las Cruces will be offering virtual medical cannabis evaluations only, after this date no walk ins or In person appointments will be offered. Our services are available virtually for new patients, renewals, and PTSD evaluations.

Officially as of today, New Mexico is the next state to go green! What a wild ride New Mexico, w**d made it!

Here are some important dates:
Effective date is July 1, 2021

Cannabis Control Division - Sept 1, 2021
New License Applications- Jan 1, 2022
Adult Use Cannabis Sales - APRIL 1, 2022

Note- Only Medical cannabis patients with an active status or a patient the reciprocity program can purchase cannabis in NM.

Medical cannabis patients will be excluded from all tax on cannabis purchases.
as well as some job protections and oversight of a medical professional.

Pending, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham signature, New Mexico will become the 16th State to legalize cannabis for Adult-Use.
First sales are projected no later than April 1, 2022.
