A vaccination clinic is scheduled for Saturday, 4/26/25. We will offer all childhood vaccines, including measles.

While the clinic transitions from our current medical records system to kalixemr, we will put new patient onboarding on hold. Our goal is to complete this transition by the end of April. Current patients will receive notice of their access as their files are transferred.
