Our pharmacy has received an allocation of the medication to improve access to patients in our community
As of now, we are able to offer this service to patients in their own homes as well as healthcare facilities (nursing homes, doctor's offices, urgent cares, etc.)
We will assist you in obtaining a prescription from your physician and are available to contact facilities and prescribers in regards to patient eligibility and administration.
