Today I had the opportunity to collaborate with distinguished industry leaders, including Joe Robledo, CRNA (Guide Anesthesia Market Business Leader), Andrea Ibarra, CRNA (Clinical Leader), Rick Carrillo, CRNA (Chief CRNA), and expert clinicians Jeremy Dancouse, CRNA, Crystal Garcia, CRNA, and Ricardo Gonzalez, CRNA. One of the most rewarding parts of my anesthesia career is passing on knowledge. As progresses trough the New Grad Mentorship Prgram, today she completed multiple US Regional Anesthesia Procedures implementing ERAS. As a new grad she performed these procederures INDEPENDETLY yet with the full support of a NSPM-C CRNA at the bedside.
