Our Founder, Dr. Miceli, just ended a 5 - Day Retreat at Sedona Mago to be certified in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals. She learned so much to bring back to the work she does with clients in understanding how moving our bodies and what we absorb in our bodies through food, vitamins and supplements can influence our mood and behaviors! What great knowledge to have when walking through the path of healing with others in treating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Disordered Eating and the like. The mind and body connection is real in influencing how we behave and what we believe. Exciting to see how this training enhances client outcomes and real life transformation!
