Meet Maria Rossi, Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine Mission Medicine Student Doctor. 🌟 Originally from Valley Village, California, Maria strives to work with minority populations and help empower patients to take charge of their health. At Aprendamos, she will be working alongside our team to gain hands-on experience in early intervention, autism services, children’s therapy, home visiting, and more. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

When we asked her what she hopes to accomplish during her time with us as a Mission Medicine Student, Maria said, “I hope to make a positive impact on the families I will be working with and have fun and learn from these families.” 💜

This award celebrates a middle or high school student who is shaping a brighter future by uplifting culture, advancing equity, and inspiring their peers through professional excellence, service, and authentic representation.
