It’s incredible what happens when our community comes together. 💜✨This weekend, our Aprendamos Family of Services Director of Outreach and Marketing, Erin O’Donnell, Director of the Covarrubias-Aprendamos Foundation, Krystal Chavarria, and Direct Therapy Services and Aprendamos Shareholder, Kerry Palma-Szalay, Rocked the Runway for a Cause in support of the Hearts for Autism Fund!

The sold-out, inaugural event helped to raise funds for the organization to help create inclusive opportunities for children with autism to connect, learn, and thrive alongside their peers at the Hearts for Autism Camp New Amigos summer camp program.

Thank you, Abel, Kerry, Erin, and Krystal, for making a difference for our community. You ROCK! 🎸⚡️

When it comes to supporting children in their early intervention journeys, we know that sometimes, we must create a village. 🤗💜 When Luna was born premature at only 30 weeks, she was deemed medically fragile and needed specialized care. Suffering from pulmonary complications and requiring a gastronomy tube to help deliver nutrition, she spent four long months in the NICU.

With support from the Aprendamos Early Intervention and Cariño Family Health teams, her family began setting goals for what they hoped to accomplish for Luna. "We knew we needed support and resources to guide us and help Luna on her growth and development journey,” Luna's mom, Lisa, shared.

Now, Luna is meeting her milestones and thriving. 🌟 With a loving foundation and a network of people who are looking to support her in every capacity, Luna is sure to continue to grow and reach her greatest potential. 🚀 You can read more about Luna's story in the 2025 Aprendamos Family of Services Impact Report! https://vist.ly/4x2ex
