Celebrating 20 Years of Service: Kerry Linnan, DPT. This year marks 20 incredible years since Kerry Linnan joined Aprendamos as one of our founding Physical Therapists and shareholders. Kerry has been helping shape early intervention and child development in southern New Mexico since the very beginning.

Starting with school-based services and eventually expanding into early intervention, outpatient care, multidisciplinary evaluations, and team leadership, Kerry’s impact is immeasurable. She has worked with several families, offering not just clinical expertise, but also emotional support, advocacy, and hope.

“Being able to walk with families on their parenting journey—even just for a short while—is a true blessing,” Kerry shares. “Not everyone gets to feel like what they’re doing matters. I do.” Her work reflects the heart of our mission. As Kerry puts it, “Each little win adds up to amazing accomplishments.”

Congratulations to Gabrielle “Gaby” Rodriguez on stepping into a new dual role as Clinical Supervisor for our Mariposa Autism Service Center and Aprendamos Early Intervention. Gaby’s dedication to collaboration, growth, and learning is a true reflection of our mission.

From her beginnings as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2013 to her impactful return in 2023, Gaby’s journey has been shaped by a passion for making a difference, one small step at a time.

Sometimes a single experience can shape a lifelong mission. For Bryan Tierney, that moment came while working as a direct care staff member with adults who were non-verbal and had quadriplegic cerebral palsy. The impact was personal, growing up with a brother who was developmentally challenged had already sparked a deep desire to help others communicate.

Today, Bryan reflects on two decades of impact, supporting families, advocating for inclusion, and mentoring the next generation of professionals. His journey is a powerful reminder that passion, rooted in lived experience, can lead to transformational change.

On Friday, July 25th, Aprendamos Family of Services donated school supplies for the Hatch Valley Public Schools Supply Drive, helping ensure local students are ready for the new school year. This contribution will support the Back to School event taking place on July 31st. Big thanks to everyone pitching in to make a difference for HVPS students!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a special lunch to celebrate our amazing student interns and all the energy, creativity, and hard work they've brought to the team this summer.

It was a great opportunity to connect, reflect on their contributions, and show our appreciation before the internship winds down. We're lucky to have such a talented group. Thank you for being an important part of our journey!
