If you’re not feeling well, we kindly ask that you please not come inside. With daycare closed, my kids are with me at the shop, and we want to keep everyone healthy.

We do offer curbside pickup—just call or text ahead and we’ll take care of you!

From Temple Builders to Zumba to Christmas fellowship 🤍

We danced, we laughed, we exchanged cookies, shared eggnog, and most importantly, we loved on one another. 💕
We also acknowledged the truth: the holidays aren’t always easy. Some hearts are grieving. Some of us have lost loved one and along with life challenge. We carry that with tenderness and compassion.

Yet we choose joy, not a forced joy, but a rooted joy.
A joy that comes from remembering why we celebrate: the birth of our Savior. ✝️✨

Today we showed up, we held space for one another, we bonded, and we built deeper community.
Grateful for these women and men , for safe spaces, and for a God who meets us in both the joy and the sorrow.

For some time now, we had an older gentleman, Donald —over 90 years old—who faithfully came to our club. He arrived in regular clothes, shuffling in, ready to dance and enjoy the moment.

He recently passed away, and our hearts are heavy. But more than anything, we are deeply honored. His presence was a beautiful reminder of how truly diverse our club is—all ages, all walks of life, all welcomed.

Out of all places, he chose Diverse and Zumba Para Todos as his happy place. A place where he felt free to move, to laugh, to belong.

Thank you, Lord, for letting us be part of his joy, even for a season. His legacy will live on in every step, every song, and every heart he touched. 🤍

✨ Thankful Thursday ✨

Owning a storefront is such a blessing, but it also means it’s not always easy to close and step away. Even though technically we can close whenever we want, our hearts don’t want to do that because we truly love being there for our community.

🥹❤️ Being at Disney together reminded me how important it is to pause, breathe, and enjoy these moments while our babies are still little. It was our first vacation as a family of 5

And to our friends, customers, and supporters… thank you. Thank you for continuing to show up for our storefront. Thank you for choosing Diverse Nutrition. Thank you for choosing us. Your support means more than you know.

Today I’m grateful for our family, our business, and the beautiful community God has trusted us with. 🙏✨
