Professionals, don’t think you have to choose between your passions, you can DO IT ALL! Don’t stifle your creativity for your day jobs. Writing keeps me grounded and helps me stay compassionate. Use ALL of your God-given talents.

The Black Women’s Wellness Collective assisted Nevada Health Centers to put on their first Women’s Wellness Empowerment Summit this past month, and a time was had. 4 months of planning and a time was had 🎉!

Laughter, good food, and education is all one needs.

Women were educated on topics such as: mental health, the importance of Mammograms and new technology surrounding these exams, Breast Cancer, How to advocate for themselves, and other more directly from Medical Doctors and Nurses.

Women left feeling empowered and motivated to care not only for themselves but for the other women in their lives 💪🏾!
