Our theme: peace + relaxation.

With half of them flying home today, we joked about floating through the TSA lines wrapped in all their Zen vibes. 😌✈️

I absolutely love meeting people from all corners of the world and guiding them into rest and recalibration.

Monday Morning Meditation at Virgin Spa

Coming off the beautiful celebration of Día de los Mu***os, Springs Preserve, we gathered Monday morning to honor life, love, and the sacred memory of our ancestors. I shared the deeper meaning behind this tradition, a reminder to live fully, love deeply, and express gratitude for every precious breath we take.

As I spoke about being a native New Yorker, something magical happened - everyone in the room smiled and raised their hands. One by one, they shared they were also from the East Coast: Queens, NYC, New Jersey, Connecticut…and suddenly, it felt like home. ❤️

Together, we meditated on gratitude, connection, and the gift of being alive. We closed our eyes, opened our hearts, and began our week anchored in love, presence, and appreciation for all those who came before us, and for all the moments we are blessed to live now.

Here’s to starting the week with intention, community, and the courage to live life to the fullest🌹

🌹 Healing in CommUNITY | “Sacred Flames:
Espíritus Luminosos”

Día De Los Mu***os at the Springs Preserve

Over the past few weeks, Stefanie and I have witnessed something truly sacred, a weaving of hearts, stories, and spirits through our Grief Share Circles.

Families came together. Professionals in the mental health field, including a compassionate psychiatrist, joined in. Veterans in recovery, and even members of my own family, sat side by side in remembrance. Together, we shared tears, laughter, and moments of quiet grace as we honored those who’ve crossed the veil.

Each story became a prayer. Each candle, a heartbeat of memory. In this circle of healing, grief found its voice and love found its light. ✨

Now, all of these offerings are coming to life through our altar, “Sacred Flames: Espíritus Luminosos,” a reflection of Healing in CommUNITY, where art, sound, and spirit intertwine to remind us that love never dies. 🕯️💞

Our altar will be unveiled at the Springs Preserve’s Día De Los Mu***os Celebration, November 7–9. The event is now SOLD OUT, but the heart of our work will continue to pulse through our social media, where we’ll share the big reveal, the stories, and the light of every soul who was remembered.

Even if you can’t be there in person, we invite you to join us in spirit, to feel the warmth, the remembrance, and the love that continues to live through us all. 🌹

Día De Los Mu***os at the Springs Preserve

Over the past few weeks, Stefanie and I have witnessed powerful moments of courage, remembrance, and love within our Grief Share Circles, sacred spaces where art, sound, and spirit meet to hold the tender weight of loss.
Durante las últimas semanas, hemos sido testigos de momentos profundos de valentía, amor y recuerdo en nuestros Círculos de Duelo, donde el arte, el sonido y el espíritu se unen para sostener la dulzura del dolor.

Stories were shared of parents, partners, siblings, children, and friends gone too soon, yet alive in the love they left behind.
Se compartieron historias de padres, parejas, hermanos, hijos y amigos que partieron demasiado pronto, pero que siguen vivos en el amor que dejaron.

Now, we gather these memories, words, and offerings at our community altar at the Springs Preserve, a sacred space of reflection and reverence, where we honor our loved ones and ancestors, remembering that love transcends lifetimes. 🕯️💫

✨ Monday Mindfulness Meditation ✨

Today’s class brought together beautiful souls from across the map: Austin, Texas 🤠, New York City 🗽, and even Montreal, Canada 🍁.

Together, we released the stresses, concerns, and worries that often occupy our energy, time, and space. Through guided meditation, we reset, rebalanced, and re-energized - returning to that inner stillness where peace resides.

It’s such a joy to see the ripple effect of mindfulness reaching people from around the world 🌎

Our partnership between and the Spa at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas continues to create moments of deep relaxation and heart-centered connection for guests and visitors alike.

What does grief feel like to you? 🌙

Through our Grief Share Circles, and I, Co-Founders have been holding sacred spaces where art, sound, and spirit meet, where grief is invited to breathe, to be seen, and to gently transform.

Each gathering has carried the intention of Healing in Community - a sanctuary to transmute sadness, anger, heartbreak, and loneliness through creative expression and heartfelt connection.

Within these circles, we guide participants through meditations and healing sound frequencies, inviting reflection on grief and the honoring of those who have crossed over. Through tone and vibration, we illuminate the lasting imprint our loved ones have left upon our lives and awaken the remembrance of our ancestors, their sacrifices, and the sacred lineages that continue to live through us. 🕯️💫

In this shared field of remembrance, we transform grief into grace, through art, through sound, through sacred community. 🌸

✨Unforgettable memories ✨

Sometimes the greatest frequency we can tune into is the vibration of play. Laughter, love, and a little inner child magic, reminding us that healing doesn’t always have to be serious. It can be soft. It can be silly. It can be two souls honoring each other in the flow of simply being💫

And for us, the ocean is our sanctuary, a place where love, laughter, and play flow as naturally as the waves. 🌊 🌊

This evening, I held a sound bath for a woman courageously navigating chemotherapy. As the tones moved through her body, I felt the heaviness in my own chest and torso - the same area where she later shared her feeding tube causes discomfort.

Our conversation drifted into the tender subject of letting go, and the decision to shave her hair before her next round of chemo. It was not about loss, but about reclaiming her power, choosing to release on her own terms.

It reminded me that healing is not always about curing. Sometimes, it is about courage, surrender, and finding peace in the choices we can make🌙✨

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day in the US, a day where we come together in compassion, remembrance, and hope.

We gather not only for ourselves, but also to honor those whose journeys on this earth ended by su***de.
We hold their lives, their stories, and their light in our hearts.

It’s in these quiet, yet powerful moments that I am reminded: every soul that walks into this space brings something essential, something sacred. And when we come together with open hearts, we create healing that ripples far beyond the room.

Today, I am grateful for the connections, the stories shared, the intentions set, and the souls honored.

Today I had the honor of facilitating a sound bath for Goldie’s funeral service, as she was laid to rest with her beloved husband at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Goldie’s life was filled with love and kindness—whether it was enjoying vanilla lattes with her son, humming joyfully, supporting veterans’ charities, or serving faithfully as a member of Crossing Church. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and love.

Through the sound bath, we opened a sacred space for her family and friends to reflect, remember, and be fully present with their grief and love. Guests shared that the experience brought them tranquility, peace, serenity, and even a deep sense of the spiritual - moments of stillness that allowed them to connect with Goldie’s memory in a profound way.

It was a blessing to witness how sound created a sanctuary of reflection and remembrance, honoring a beautiful life well lived. May Goldie’s legacy continue to inspire love and kindness in all of us. 🕊️💫
