Quality of the Day: Acceptance
Affirmation: I am Acceptance.

This morning, as I worked through the i’MAGiNT LiFE method and sipped my i’MAGiNT water, I arrived at the word acceptance and with it, a wave of emotion rose to the surface.

From somewhere deep in my being, a memory emerged: Those difficult years after my divorce in 2018 when I was a single mom doing everything I could to provide. The worry, the scarcity, the shame of not always having enough food in the fridge, the fear of not being “good enough.” I carried it all quietly, trying to be strong.

But today, I paused and met that part of me with tenderness.

At this moment, I said the Ho’oponopono prayer:
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you.

I let it wash through me.

I asked for forgiveness, not from others, but from myself.
Forgiveness for judging myself as a parent.
Forgiveness for the times I didn’t have the financial means to provide all the things I felt my family deserved.
Forgiveness for being so hard on myself, when in truth, I did the best I could with what I had.

This is the heart of acceptance: making peace with the past, with who we were, and holding space for who we are now. Today, I chose to lay down that old guilt and offer myself grace.

The Blueprint Mastery Journal gives me a safe space to revisit and rewrite these inner stories. To reclaim my worth. To remember that love, not perfection, is what my children needed most. And I gave them that in abundance.

If you’re holding any old pain around parenting, provision, or not feeling “enough,” I invite you to join me in whispering the prayer aloud. Let it soften your heart like it softened mine.

✨ Testimonial from Sedona…One Year Later ✨

Almost a year ago, during a private circle and sound bath in Sedona, I entered the channeled state I often drop into while holding space. A message came through for a guest named Bree, a vision of her and her family taking a long journey across the country, and a baby arriving soon.

I just received word that Bree and her family are literally on a cross-country road trip right now, relocating so her husband can start a new job…and she’s 9 weeks pregnant after almost a year of trying. She told my friend she’s been holding onto the words I shared with her ever since that day. Goosebumps all around. 💫

I don’t always talk openly about this part of my work, the truth is when I facilitate sound baths, I’m in a deeply channeled state. I receive messages, sometimes gentle nudges, sometimes clear visions. I’ve trained myself to know when to speak and when to stay silent. It’s a sacred responsibility.

Yes, I talk to “dead people.” I receive visions. I’m a vessel. I don’t always lead with labels like psychic or medium…and many have felt the truth of what moves through me.

I’m just here to serve the messages that want to come through. And stories like this one remind me why I said yes to this path. 🙏

Today during our sound bath meditation, I asked each participant to declare an intention.

This brother laid in a fetal position, hands in prayer, and spoke one word: Consistency.

He shared his desire to be more consistent, not just in self-care, but in leading by example. He wants other men to know that it’s safe to show up in spaces like this. Safe to rest. To feel. To be seen. To heal.

I honored him for his vulnerability, his courage, and his presence.

Witnessing moments like this breaks my heart wide open. This is why I do what I do, to plant seeds of transformation, to hold space for people to remember their wholeness, and to empower others to reclaim their inner peace.

This moment is a reminder:
✨ Healing is brave
✨ Men need sacred spaces too
✨ Your willingness to show up creates a ripple

Today I spent time with a hospice patient and her daughter, who is the primary caregiver.

The patient’s daughter is diagnosed with cancer. She is exhausted and experiencing caregiver burnout while caring for her Mom and undergoing chemotherapy.

I offered her Reiki and sound healing, inviting her to slow down, pause and breathe. How can she continue to pour from any empty cup?

I let her know it was ok to take time to nurture herself so her body can begin to heal. I provided Reiki and sound healing and she easily fell asleep. Her body was craving rest and relaxation and my companionship was well received.

Her Mom was equally relaxed and she expressed her gratitude for this impactful session. She carries guilt because her daughter is tending to her while battling for her own life.

I often witness tension within the hospice families I serve. There is often a level of anticipatory grief, compiled with the typical stresses of life and added chaos, which may create added layers of trauma for these families. I am not a therapist, yet my services of sound healing, life coaching and training in grief feel therapeutic to the patient and their loved ones.

I am humbled by these experiences. I am witnessing humanity at its most frail moments. Prayers to the families during these difficult times. I believe my empathy and love provides a degree of relief from the pressures of their struggles and grief, even if only for a little while.
