We are a growth-oriented Medical Clinic looking for someone who values client retention, consistent pre-booking, and measurable performance.

Responsibilities:
• Perform facials and advanced skincare services (based on license/training)
• Conduct thorough consultations and build personalized treatment plans
• Drive client retention through pre-booking and follow-up communication
• Recommend professional homecare/retail aligned with client goals
• Maintain accurate charting, cleanliness, and treatment room standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:
• Current NV Aesthetician license (required)
• 1+ year experience in a med spa or high-volume medical clinic/ spa preferred
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Confident recommending packages and retail in a professional, educational way
• Comfortable working toward performance goals (rebooking, retention, retail, monthly production)
• Professional, dependable, and growth-minded
