By doing this 1-week challenge, you can learn to befriend your fears, take ownership over them, and become the writer of your own destiny.

~~~ Identify & Solve: ~~~

– Tool #1: Every night for a week, write down the top things creating fear or anxiety for you in your life.
For each one, ask yourself if the fear/worry is justified or not? If yes, how so? Gain knowledge about the fear, its origins, and how others have successfully overcome similar fears. Understanding the fear can demystify it and reduce its power.
For each one ask yourself, if your friend were facing the problem, what would you tell them?

– Tool #2: Every night for a week, write down any triggers of your fears and/or anxieties.
For each one, write down what you were doing at the time.
For each one, write down what you could’ve said to yourself in that moment to feel less scared.

That’s it! Try to do this DAILY every day for 7 days and see how you feel!

– Step 1: Identify a fear you’d like to overcome. One thing that you knew if you could just muster up enough courage to charge your way through it, you could end that fear forever.

– Step 2: Phone a friend to help you! Someone in your life who cares about you. The most helpful scenario would include a friend who regularly deals with whatever you’re scared of. Watching them deal with it first is a huge help!

– Step 3: Arrange a time and a place and have them help you overcome the fear!

You’d be surprised by what KINDNESS TO OTHERS does for your OWN well-being! (Or maybe you wouldn’t.)

By doing this 1-week challenge, you can strengthen your kindness muscle. Give it a try. What have you got to lose?

– Set a goal for yourself to perform a certain number of acts of kindness each day or week.

– If you’re that kind of person, create a way to track the number of acts each day and see how you do.

– These “acts” can be BIG or SMALL. What’s most important is that they are spontaneous acts of kindness without expecting anything in return.

– Challenge friends or family to join you in spreading kindness.

That’s it! Do this for 7 days and see how you feel!
