⏳ Time is an illusion ⌛️Have you noticed how life speeds up the older we get?

Being is not laziness. Being is medicine. It is the reset your body aches for, the quiet your mind longs for, the nourishment your soul remembers.

The antidote is the pause — the quiet moments that feel empty but are full of life, breath, and soul.

When you allow yourself to rest in that space, time begins to soften. It no longer races against you. It bends to your awareness.

✨ What is confidence, really? Many of us grow up believing that confidence is something you either have or you don’t. That some people are simply born fearless 😎 — walking into rooms with ease, speaking up without hesitation, making bold choices without second guessing themselves.

But that’s a myth.

Confidence isn’t the absence of fear. It’s the ability to move through fear anyway 💪.

From the outside, people may appear incredibly confident. We see individuals who build careers 💼, raise families, start businesses, move across countries 🌍, or take bold risks. It’s easy to assume they’re unshakable. Yet behind those choices, many are carrying a very different inner reality.

For a surprising number of us, what looks like confidence is actually fueled by anxiety and survival 🛡️. Growing up never fully feeling safe can create a drive to keep moving. Stopping feels scarier than pressing forward, so we build, achieve, and accomplish. This survival pattern often leads to remarkable resilience 🌱, but it can also take a toll on the body and mind.

Join us for Kids’Bracelet-Making Workshop ✨🙌🏼
We invite children ages 4 and up to an exciting workshop where they will have the opportunity to create their own unique bracelets! The class will be led by Design By Emilya — an artisan who has been creating and selling her beautiful, one-of-a-kind bracelets at The Salt Room for over 10 years. An experienced and friendly instructor will introduce kids to the basics of working with beads, help them learn simple techniques, and choose bright colors and materials to bring their ideas to life in a stylish accessory. All materials are provided, and each participant will take home their own beautiful, handmade bracelet. Participation fee — $40. This creative process develops fine motor skills, imagination, and a sense of style, and most importantly, brings joy and builds self-confidence!
