Find out all you need to know about breastfeeding/chest feeding from labor and postpartum doulas, one of which is also a CLC! We will educate you on ways to feed your baby, de-bunking myths and leave you feeling strong and capable in the decisions you are making.

I’m so excited about this class!

This 2 hour class will prep you for your breastfeeding/chest feeding journey. You will have access to a birth and postpartum doula that is also a CLC, Nadia Hoppe. And with a full spectrum doula, Robyn Terry. This class will answer questions, de-bunk some feeding myths and give you the tools you need to make the choice that fits your family.

Class takes place at Smartmouth LV in December 11 from 10-12. $50 per couple, an additional $5 per extra support person (parent, sister, friend) and children that are nursing are free! Contact myself, , Nadia or to reserve your place.

This is meal prep! When I’m really busy with work or family or just regular life, meal prepping helps me stay on top of my nutrition so I can keep going in a healthy way. Personally I follow a pretty decent Whole Foods diet, so I’ve prepped things that will keep me full.

As a postpartum doula, I do the same thing for you! You have enough to do during the days and nights, having nutritious foods that you can grab, warm up and eat makes things a little easier. I’m super familiar with diet restrictions as well.

I always say “You don’t know what you don’t know” and that’s so true in birth!

If labor isn’t a passion of yours, it’s absolutely a passion of mine, then there are aspects of birth that you may just not know you don’t know! And that’s ok. My childbirth education class can accommodate your kind of birth. Not sure what that is? That’s ok! I also offer a birth plan class where we can discuss all possible options. Once we have those down, let’s do a comfort measures class so we can put into action those tips and tricks and techniques you learned and feel how it feels.

These classes are designed for one family at a time, so all the attention is on you. Ask all the questions, get all the answers and make the best decision for you and your family.

If you are in Vegas and have ever seen a woman before, this is a great event.

As I’ve said before, I am offering free or discounted virtual doula services to anyone from Texas choosing to exercise their reproductive rights. This will be ongoing; as long as there is a ban, I will offer these services. I might not be able to “fix” everything but I can do a little bit to restore some justice to these humans.

More often than not, the person you’re speaking with will respond in kind. And a simple “What pronouns make you comfortable?” is a great way to ask without being offensive. As an ally to all birthing people and postpartum people, I’ll keep posting this type of content. The more you know! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

It’s so true…those moments when you go into yourself and are so present in that space…that’s when I hear you the best. I can tell if a soothing technique is working, or not. I know if you need water or words of encouragement…I am doula.

Boundaries are so important! Especially when you have a new baby at home.

New parents, please hear me. You do not have to say yes to everyone coming over to visit the baby. You can ask for people to wear masks around the baby. You can ask visitors to show some acts of service when they come; empty the dishwasher, do a load of laundry, cook/bring a meal or watch baby while you have a nice warm shower. These are very acceptable boundaries and you are not asking too much of visitors.

Boundaries are healthy, important things to have and maintain for self care. Pay attention not how you feel, it’s important.
