We’re looking for some amazing Doulas in the community 🤗

We are excited to announce Heart & Sol is looking to hire doulas for a grant funded program that begins in March 2024!

We’re looking for birth workers who are willing to commit to a year of service & desire to be in a supportive community environment.

What are the benefits of providing doula services through Heart & Sol?

Our doulas will be paid $1,500 per family served & will be working alongside a community health worker to provide comprehensive support to families.

All doulas hired will be provided a Trauma Informed Doula Training to enhance existing knowledge, training & experiences in birthwork. Additionally our doulas will receive monthly mentorship & birth processing support.

The deadline to submit your application is Friday, January 26, 2024. We will be conducting interviews in the beginning of Feburary and notifying applicants by February 29th.

To my daughter:
Year 3 was such a BIG year for you. Full of BIG accomplishments, BIG emotions and BIG challenges. I’ve been honored to be able to watch you grow, learn, explore and navigate this world. You amaze me daily with your curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore the world around you.

Your heart is filled with SO much love, compassion and empathy. Incredibly gentle in nature and have a laugh, humor & attitude like no other.

As we enter into our 4th year together, I only hope I can give you as much grace as you give me. As much love as you give me, As much forgiveness that you give me and as much kindness as you give me.

I cannot wait to witness your imagination soar and your love grow in this next year. We will face a new set of challenges together but mamas always got you, don’t you worry.

On this special day, I want to thank you for choosing ME as your mommy. For you are my greatest gift. You bring so much energy, joy, laughter & inspiration into my life.

My love for holistic health expanded after giving birth to my own daughter, who is now almost 4! I set out to learn as much as I could about birth work, lactation, yoga and childbirth education. It is my goal as a Doula, Prenatal yoga instructor and Childbirth Educator to support, empower, and educate you throughout your birthing journey and beyond, to ensure advocation is not a foreign language to families.
