Ball balance push up! Coach Kirk here, I had Back problems after I've have gotten into a motorcycle🏍 accident. I used to go to the chiropractor 5 days a week, and chew Ibuprofen like it was candy for my bulging disc in my lower lumbar, which was a temporary relief, along with all types of pain relievers that had bad side effects on my gut health. I also did basic weight🏋🏾♂️ training for my back like, back extensions, dead lifts, leg curls, dumbbell side bends, AB crunches which none of these exercises helped, in fact It made my back pain worse. My pain relief and bulging disc repair came from taking lots of Trace Minerals, and doing Callisthenic Core & Fulcrum exercises. When I started taking high amounts of Trace minerals, It started feeling in the bulging disc with hailing nutrients to my lower lumbar, if it wasn't Trace minerals, and Callisthenic Core & Fulcrum exercises I probably would have gone to a doctor👨⚕️ and get my back operation on by a standard Orthopaedic surgeon, and walk around like Frankenstein for the rest of my life. I thank God that I've Come across this information that I now relay to my client's. For me, it's all about core health, I realized that a strong and healthy core means a Vibrant🤸🏾♂️ Happier👨🏾🦲 me!
