Pile 1: Healing Heartbreak

Self-Care: Dream Journal and Hydrate
Break-ups and betrayals can leave devastating wounds on our hearts. While it's painful, these experiences can highlight lessons about others, but most importantly, ourselves.
A past relationship (romantic or platonic) blocked some of your spiritual gifts. Either that, or the emotional turmoil has made it harder to hear your guides. They could be trying to show you what comes next in your dreams, hence why they want you to pay more attention and record what you remember as soon as you wake up.
Staying hydrated is not only healthy, but can also strengthen your spiritual energy and the guidance received.
Pile 2: Opening My Mind
Mantra: " I allow myself to see beyond my beliefs and ideas."
Self-Care: Watch a Movie
You're going through an "awakening" process; getting more intuned with Spirit and experiencing the shift that comes with that. It could be you're breaking free from a restrictive religion or simply ready for the next step on your spiritual path.
I do sense fear, particularly of seeing "scary" spirits or energies. This is why you're being asked to watch a movie. Not only will it help slow down these panicked thoughts, Spirit may send you a random selection that perfectly depicts the spiritual world and/or gifts in a light that will help you better understand the unseen world around you.
Pile 3: Growing Beyond Guilt
Mantra: "It couldn't have happened any other way."
Self-Care: Connect With Your Womb

There's a lot of people who blame themselves when they are abused, attacked, and taken advantage of. First of all, if you are a victim I HIGHLY recommend going to therapy or at least finding someone you trust completely to talk to.
I'm not a believer that everything happens for a reason because evil is never necessary. I DO believe we can learn from every experience, even if it's saying "I never want to experience that again."
You cannot change the past. In the present, reclaim your body as YOURS. Try yoga, exercise, or dance to ground yourself.
