Oh, the holidays. Lots to do with lots of running around.
Here are tips to be able to stay on your feet for this Wellness Wednesday:
๐Stay hydrated!
๐Stroll around and get blood flowing in your legs vs. standing still for long periods of time.
๐Watch your posture. It will be easy to start slouching and leaning, but try to maintain this throughout the season.
๐Get in your sit-ups and squats. Having strong abdominal support helps.
๐Wear comfortable shoes.
