Warner Bros 📍The studio announced that it would join up with UNLV and Birtcher Development to run Warner Bros. Studios Nevada at the Harry Reid Research and Technology Park and commit $8.5 billion in long-term production spending if the program passes in the 2025 legislative session.

Warner Bros. Discovery said it would expand into Southern Nevada to run a film studio if the Nevada Legislature would approve a film tax credit program.

The agreement comes after a District Court judge ruled that county officials, including Commissioner Justin Jones, willfully destroyed evidence related to the development. County officials are expected to present the agreement to county commissioners on June 18 for final approval. https://lvrj.com/post/3066207
