Finn and Mommy date. We saw a magic show, thank you ! Then we went to Town Square and had dinner, saw some snow, had ice cream and rode a train! Finn’s favorite part was the train ride, naturally.

One year ago today sweet Knox was born exactly on his due date. I can’t believe how fast this past year flew by. Knox has brought some much joy into our lives from watching him to grow to watching Finn become the best big brother! Knox is truly the happiest baby. He is always smiling and laughing. He is in the exploration phase right now getting into everything from the dog food to the toilet bowl. It is never a dull moment in our house. We love you SO much buddy! And we can’t wait to celebrate you with friends and family next weekend!

“I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.” Knox is 9 3/4 months! Our budding wizard is so close to walking, eating everything we give him except veggies with the exception of peas, loving his brother and his dogs and my most favorite thing right now is that he’s giving me kisses! He hates every chair, walker and bouncer and only wants to roam around free. He entertains himself by playing fetch alone lol. He officially said his first word, which of course was Dada 🙄 and has entered the stranger danger phase, very caution of most everyone except his family and sweet nanny. This is such a fun age and we cannot wait to continue watching him grow!

Finn’s first day of preschool at Montessori in 2022 at 2.5 years old and his last at 5 today. My sweet boy, we are incredibly proud of how much you’ve grown over the past 3 years academically, socially and emotionally. On your first day of preschool we had just moved to Las Vegas and were staying in an Airbnb and you were still struggling with your words. Now you amaze me daily with your immense vocabulary. Your time at Montessori came with big changes! We are so excited for your journey into Kindergarten next year! In 2022, you cried when we left you at school. Today you ran out the door this morning, yearbook in hand and I am crying this time. Stay still time. 🫶🏻

Knox is 8 months! Knox is half crawling (one arm one leg, but he moves!). He loves to eat food and go on walks. Really any time spent outside is enjoyed! He also loves to swim and we can’t wait for pool season and swim lessons this summer! He thinks Finn and the dogs are hilarious and he’s babbling all kinds of new sounds. He recently started waving (sometimes). Another favorite activity is knocking down block towers! We can’t believe for fast time is flying! Trying to soak up every minute of baby snuggles (even if they are at 2 AM)!
